Shipping policy

We aim to pack and ship items within 3 working days, if this is not possible due to working away at festivals or holidays, we will notify you as soon as possible via Email. All items will be sent using Royal mail tracked 48 services, this offers peace of mind to both customer and ourselves. Once an item has been posted you will receive the tracking number via Email. With orders of multiple items, postage will be combined where possible.
